"At the Bottom of the Gravity Well"
"Jūryoku no Ido no Soko de" (重力の井戸の底で)
"Full Frontal's Pursuit"
"Furu Furontaru Tsuigeki" (フル・フロンタル追撃)
Really good episode.
It recapped Episode 3 which helped.
Previously the protagonist had met Marida Cruz. She seems to be a spiritual successor to one of the Mobile Suit Z Gundam characters. She's brainwashed showing the horrors of not only war, but life if you know what happened to the OVA. She's sorta noble in that she follows orders very well, even if it's due to traumatization. She's a good fighter.
Bright Noa and Londo Bell/Argama are here to add to the universe.
I didn't watch the rest of the series, so maybe other episodes ruin the series or this episode, but as a stand alone this was fine.

How First Love Monster works
First off, both are not legally an adult anyway.
There's no sex so far.
Their ages are close anyway. 15 is a high school freshman.
In the US, the fifth grader is an upperclassmen. They could've made it even more.
Older woman, young male.
It's a shojo. Not too much perversion is involved.

Mob Psycho 100, Episode 1: I was not impressed
There's some comedy there and everything looks ugly. That's the purpose, but the animation looks weak and lazy. The story is sorta slice of life and it doesn't that well that way.
Pokemon Generations Episode 2 preview on the Pokemon channel
This was good.
You got to see police officers use Pokemon in a good mix of camp and darkness vs Giovanni. They infiltrate Giovanni easily.
He was presented as a real threat to the peace.
Gambling. Hideout.

Berserk 2016 episode 1 was enjoyably bad
So they start off with this weird naked fairy who has no genitals.
Everything's like Disney CG except they chop people in half bloody and skull like.
There's some ugly dudes.
One dude with a viking bra.

Happy 20th Anniversary, Ghost in the Shell
The theme of the dangers of technology has existed since Mary Shelly's Frankenstein and the rise of the factory during the Industrial Revolution.
In film, the postmodern era occurred around the time when the Japanese economy boomed during the 80s, and Blade Runner came out. The dangers of technology were prevalent, such as human looking robots. What is a statue or a picture of a human even? Is that not considered the same? (I believe I read somewhere that humans were confused at first when this happened.
What if a statue like a tree had a brain? Trees have bodies and cells.
What is the brain and memory really? Maybe this was a commentary on US fears of the Japanese economy during the Reagan era? The allegory of the cave is present here and the world that you experience is your world.
The Major is a model, both in terms of item type, such as car models, and feminine representation, such as car models!
What is human?
And of course, Japan is beautiful thanks to Mamoru Oshii.
